Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program

The Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program (NCPEP) assists unemployed or underemployed non-custodial parents in making regular child support payments through obtaining and maintaining employment. The program was established in 2022 and operates pursuant to Sec. 409.25996, Florida Statutes.

2026 NCPEP Administrator Application Cycle

FloridaCommerce is seeking applications from qualified entities to serve as NCPEP Administrator. The selected applicant will be responsible for the administration of the program working with program operators around the state.

Qualified entities include governmental, quasi-governmental, and nonprofit organizations with a demonstrated history of providing services to assist non-custodial parents and that demonstrate the capability of administering the program statewide. The entity must be able to provide program operators with training, best practices, and technical assistance to implement the program successfully.

The selected applicant will be offered a six-month agreement that may be renewed for two years, contingent on continued funding of the program and satisfactory performance. The agreement will be reviewed annually.

The deadline to apply is November 23, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Applications will be reviewed upon closing of the application cycle, and an award will be recommended based on application completeness and eligibility.
